How much does Virtual Summit registration cost?
The CAM member registration fee is $25 for each summit or $100 for the series. The non-member registration fee is $30 for each summit or $125 for the series.

How do I register for the Virtual Summits?
To register, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in at www.calmuseums.org/VSReg
  2. Click the orange "Register Myself" button
  3. Answer the questions associated with registration and click "Save Responses"
  4. Select the Virtual Summit(s) that you would like to attend from the dropdown menu. If you would like to attend all five, please select ONLY that option. You must select at least one option to register for a Summit. Once you have successfully added an item to your itinerary, you will see a yellow bar indicating it has been added
  5. Click "Proceed to Checkout"
  6. Complete the payment information
How do I receive member pricing?

If you are signed in to your existing member account, the correct pricing should automatically be applied to your registration upon check-out.

Member pricing is applicable to all Individual Members and employees of Institutional Members. If you believe that your institution is an Institutional Member, and you are not seeing the correct member pricing on your account, please contact Addy Zou at [email protected].

If you are not yet a CAM member, and you would like to join and receive member pricing for conference registration, please visit our Membership page to review benefits and join online. Once you join, it may take up to 24 hours to see member pricing reflected in your registration. Please contact Lacey Lieberthal at [email protected] with questions about membership and joining CAM.

I have registered and paid, but I can no longer attend. What are my options?
If you have paid for a Virtual Summit and you find that you are unable to attend, please contact Lacey Lieberthal at [email protected] to request a refund.

If you are a CAM member and you find that you have been charged the non-member pricing, please contact Lacey Lieberthal at [email protected] to request a partial refund.

What is included in Virtual Summit registration?
Summit registration includes virtual access to all panel sessions, case studies, and networking opportunities for a single Virtual Summit. Please select the summit for which you would like to register from the dropdown menu. If you would like to attend all five summits for the discounted price, select ONLY that option.

I want to register a group of individuals from my institution. What are my options?
If you would like to register a large group of individuals from your institution (10 or more), please contact Addy Zou at [email protected]. CAM staff can streamline the process for you by collecting the necessary information from you and your group, processing registrations on your behalf, and sending you an invoice for payment.

Will the Virtual Summits be accessible for individuals who are hard of hearing?
Thanks to a grant from The Getty Foundation, CAM will be providing live captioning for each session presentation during the Virtual Summits. If you require live captioning during the breakout sessions, please contact Lacey Lieberthal at [email protected].

Will the Virtual Summit presentations be recorded?
Each Virtual Summit panel discussion and case study will be recorded. Recordings will be shared with registered participants following each program. At this time, CAM does not have approval from all Virtual Summits speakers to share the recordings with the general public (i.e., individuals who do not register for the program).

I am concerned the summits will fill up before I am able to register. Is there a cap on registrants? 
There is no cap.

How will the Virtual Summits be hosted?
 CAM will be utilizing the virtual conference platform, Hopin, to host each of the 5 Summits. You will receive an email with connection instructions on the MONDAY and WEDNESDAY prior to each program for which you are registered. In the meantime, feel free to begin familiarizing yourselves with the platform by browsing the resources below.
