Under the direction of the Collections Manager, the Collections Management Shipping & Receiving Coordinator organizes, supports, and documents the movement of artwork; physically accounts for the receipt and release of art shipments to and from Museum locations; assists with department materials ordering and tracking and assists with Collections Management projects such as storage inventories.

This is a temporary (3 months), full time (35 hours/week) position that is subject to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement.
