Join the Academy’s Exhibit Studio and create captivating exhibits to engage a global audience in the Academy’s mission to explore, explain, and sustain life on Earth. The Senior Exhibit Content Developer establishes exhibit objectives and key messages, develops audience-centered experiences that make science fun and relevant, and researches and writes memorable copy for labels and multimedia. Reports to Director of Exhibit Development & Strategic Planning and works closely with a top-notch exhibit team, Academy scientists, and other internal and external partners.
Who we’re looking for:
- A gifted science communicator and storyteller who makes science and sustainability compelling for broad audiences.
- 5-7 years of exhibit development experience in an informal science or similar setting.
- A creative and open-minded collaborator who works successfully in a team environment and independently.
- Adept at balancing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high quality standards.
