Senior Development Officer

The Senior Development Officer (the Officer) oversees di Rosa’s membership groups, including cultivating di Rosa members, and continually assessing and providing strategic direction to improving the membership experience at di Rosa for all levels. The Officer manages annual fund campaigns, working closely with the Executive Director to identify major gifts donors and prospects and institutional grant opportunities. The Officer supports and participates in the planning and implementation of fundraising, cultivation and other special events, and manages the Development Database Administrator. 3-5 years of experience managing a membership program of an arts institution. Ability to be tactful and diplomatic to build rapport and working relationships with Board Members, donors, organizational partners, and other stakeholders. Strong computer skills and database proficiency (Salesforce and PatronManager preferred) and web-based research/applications. BA required. FT, exempt, compensation/benefits DOE.
