FT/Non-exempt is responsible for assisting in planning, coordinating and implementing JANM’s public programs, including (but not limited to) lectures, book signings, film screenings, performances, exhibition tours, workshops, and youth/family programs. Position helps Public Programs Coordinator plan and execute a combination of virtual and on-site events. Flexible workdays  with weekend and some evening hours required to achieve successful program execution. Must be able to work with visitors of all ages to support the various events sponsored by JANM. Each staff member is expected to work on a minimum of three museum-wide events per year. Bachelors in arts, humanities, education or related field preferred. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred. Google Suite including Gmail, ESpace, Altru helpful. Clear background check required.
