People Ops Manager: The People Operations Manager will be primarily responsible for employee relations, general compliance with labor laws, and coaching managers on organizational policies. This position will lead people projects like implementing new HR databases and overseeing the administration of outsourced processes like payroll and benefits. They will also assist and help support The Tech’s IDEA commitments. This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Head of People, Culture, and Belonging and will also manage junior People Team members.

Payrate: $95,000 - $105,000 annually
