Herpetology Postdoctoral Researcher (Full-time, Temporary)

The San Diego Natural History Museum (The Nat) is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher to join the Department of Herpetology.
The Postdoctoral Researcher will contribute to the project “Restoration and Recovery of the Baja California Lineage of the California Red-Legged Frog (Rana draytonii) in Southern California and Baja California.” This project, which is a partnership between The Nat and multiple external government agencies and non-profit organizations, has two goals: (1) Translocating R. draytonii to Southern California, and (2) Evaluating the landscape for establishing new populations of R. draytonii.
Annual compensation is $68,763.
The appointment will be made for three years contingent on satisfactory progress in year one.
