The Guest Services Associate is the front-line contact person for all guests visiting or inquiring about The Tech Interactive. By providing excellent customer service through ticket and membership sales and assisting with guest needs this position directly impacts the guest experience. This a non exempt (hourly) position which works approximately 30-32 hours per week.
