Exhibit Envoy, a nonprofit, develops and travels engaging, affordable, and ready-to-install exhibitions exploring the myriad stories of California. Our mission is to provide institutions with diverse and meaningful traveling exhibitions to strengthen their communities.
Envoy is now hiring for a temporary, remote, part-time Exhibition Assistant (EA). The EA will assist the Executive Director with project management, exhibition development, and research for an interdisciplinary traveling exhibition about natural disasters and epidemics. The EA will also provide support for a variety of administrative and programmatic activities.
This grant-funded position consists of 20 hours per week from mid-August through December 31, 2020; is compensated at $20/hour; and is to be performed remotely. This position may be ideal for an arts and culture worker whose position has been affected by the pandemic or an emerging professional. Applications are due July 31, 2020.
