Based in San Francisco, the Director of Development reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive fundraising plan that successfully achieves near term goals and nurtures long-term financial stability.
Ideally you will have a relevant degree plus at least five years non-profit management and fundraising experience, including success in:
- Setting and achieving multi-function fundraising goals (major donors, annual fund, foundation and corporate support, membership)
- Cultivating and strengthening productive relationships within Bay Area and California fundraising constituencies
- Establishing a tailored strategy for communication and external affairs
