Salary Range: $66,000 - $72,000

The Education Programs Manager leads development/delivery of learning experiences at Kidspace, manages one direct report, seasonal indirect reports, is expected to lead and collaborate across the museum team to ensure quality programming.

This is a full-time, exempt position, based in Pasadena. Kidspace is a hybrid workplace, some weekends/evenings required.

Core Responsibilities

• Drive planning/implementation of education programs
• Lead team communication and projects
• Build suite of high quality, engaging educational programming
• Implement data collection for ongoing evaluation, assessment
• Actively foster and maintain partnerships
• Actively contributes to culture of inclusivity, collaboration, play

Minimum Requirements

• Four+ years of experience, education and/or informal learning, including program/curriculum development, and facilitation
• Training in education, learning theory and practice; experience leading art, music, or nature-based education and learning experiences a plus
• Experience leading teams
• Competency using digital devices/applications
• Outstanding proficiency in oral/written English language
• Willingness/ability to work outdoors
