Associate Director of Visitor Engagement and Volunteers
Under general supervision of the Director of Education and Public Programs, the Associate Director of Volunteers and Visitor Engagement is responsible for the administration, supervision, and implementation of informal learning experiences that actively support volunteer and visitor connections and engagement with The Huntington’s collections, exhibitions, and gardens. The position guides and maintains a consistent, high quality, institutional standard for relevant, engaging, accessible and inclusive informal learning experiences delivered by volunteers, staff, and contractors. This position is a member of the education leadership team and works collaboratively with Education staff, curators, and content advisors, and actively fosters both interdepartmental and external collaborations.

Pay Range: $84,000.00-$87,000.00 annually. Negotiable and commensurate on experience.
