Digital Asset Data Coordinator

The Digital Asset Data Coordinator is responsible for the daily management of OMCA’s non-collections digital assets, created or sourced by Marketing & Communications, Education, Development, Membership, and Visitor Experience staff. They will provide support for ingestion, organization, distribution, and metadata consistency of non-collections assets within the Museum’s Digital Asset Management System (DAMS). Working together with the Collections Data and Media Systems Administrator and the Collections Data Coordinator, they will aid in further development of the museum's DAMS support of non-collections assets through workflow and organizational vocabulary development, ensuring metadata consistency and accessibility. They will also aid in providing training and operational support to allow the Museum’s DAMS to be fully utilized by staff.
