The Developer of Learning, Experience and Programming is responsible for coordination and implementation of large-scale cultural celebrations and public programs that support OMCA’s brand as a museum, garden and gathering place and advance its social impact of building trust, understanding, and connection between people and communities. The position collaborates with staff, partners, and community members to develop OMCA’s annual Lunar New Year festival and Día de los Muertos celebration and support public program offerings that connect audiences to the Museum’s exhibitions, core galleries, and collections. The position works in partnership with a unit of Program Managers and Program Developers who work cross- functionally and support a cohesive slate of programming, learning, and experience activities.
