The Developer of Learning, Experience and Programming is responsible for coordination and implementation of public programming, interpretive and experience initiatives, and educational activities that support OMCA’s brand as a museum, garden and gathering place and advance its social impact of building trust, understanding, and connection between people and communities. The position develops a range of offerings in collaboration with staff and community partners that connect audiences to the Museum’s exhibitions, core galleries, and collections. The positions work in partnership with a unit of Program Managers and Program Developers who work cross-functionally and support a cohesive slate of programming, learning, and experience activities. The Museum currently has 3 open positions with the following focus: Experience Development, Garden & Festival Programming and Education Programming.
