The Developer - Learning, Experience and Programming is responsible for coordination and implementation of public programming, interpretive and experience initiatives, and educational activities that support Oakland Museum of CA’s brand as a museum, garden and gathering place and advance its social impact of building trust, understanding, and connection between people and communities.

As a Developer you’ll be an integral part of the Learning, Experience & Programming unit,  focusing on distinct areas of programmatic, experience and learning specialty while collaborating with all positions within the unit, broader staff, and community partners. In this role, you’ll develop, coordinate, and facilitate programming, including the research, preparation, and administration of related budgets, timelines, and reports, all with the goal to connect audiences to the Museum’s exhibitions, core galleries, and collections.
