The Lucas Museum of Narrative Art is seeking a strategic, thoughtful, and impactful leader to help develop and innovate around our accessibility and inclusion efforts to ensure exemplary experiences for people with disabilities and language access needs including visitors, volunteers and staff. The Accessibility Program Specialist position is highly collaborative, partnering with all museum departments to ensure equity and access is a core part of our programming, interpretative and operational practice. The successful candidate will be engaged with and build critical relationships within the accessibility and disability communities to help inform a fully accessible and inclusion-first approach within the Lucas Museum campus and digitally, as well as lead outreach efforts to communicate relevant resources.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 Salary/year
