The San Diego Museum of Art has the open position of Associate Registrar for Exhibitions. This position is responsible for the coordination of exhibitions and loans to and from the Museum, as well as the care, movement and documentation of artworks from the permanent collection. Candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, possess strong oral and written communication skills, and must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team while meeting strict deadlines and working calmly under pressure. Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in art history, museum studies, or related field and minimum of three years museum registration experience is required. This is a full-time position with benefits and annual salary of $65,625.
