Japan House Los Angeles, a non-profit organization manages a project which aims to nurture a deeper understanding and appreciation of Japan in the international community, by creating a number of hubs from which to showcase and communicate Japan as a country of countless charms, able to enrich the rest of the world.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Art and Cultural Program Director is tasked with making strategic plans for overall programming of the organization, implementing and assessing its high quality exhibitions, public programs and events, in a manner that advances the mission, vision, and branding of the organization. The position is also responsible for providing curatorial advice and input to the teams. Also responsible for supervising the Planning team in budget planning and management, event and program logistics, documentation and post-program reports and overall evaluation of respective programs in light of organization’s key performance indicators (KPIs).
