ONSITE REGISTRATION:
The deadline to pre-register for the conference has passed. You can still register onsite in Berkeley. To help expedite the process, please print and complete the 2012 Onsite Registration Form (pdf). REGISTRATION POLICY:
Conference registration includes: entrance to the general session, concurrent sessions, the Lunchtime Learning Opportunities, and the exhibit hall; two continental breakfasts; the closing reception; and all exhibit hall breaks. All workshops, tours, evening events, and luncheons are additional. See 2012 Schedule for workshop, tour, luncheon, and evening event prices.
Please consider making a Carbon Offset Donation while registering.
All moderators and presenters are entitled to one complimentary Single Day Registration for the day they are presenting and must purchase another Single Day Registration if they plan on attending both days of the conference.
Only individuals registered and wearing badges or obtaining tickets may attend programs, events and meals.
REFUND POLICY:
A 90% refund will be honored for written registration cancellations received by December 30, 2011 (a 10% administrative fee will be assessed). Between December 30, 2011 and Janaury 27, 2012, a 75% refund will be honored for written registration cancellations and a 25% administrative fee will be assessed. There will be no refunds issued after Janaury 27, 2012, except in circumstances whereas CAM cancels an event.
