MONTHLY MUSEUM POLL RECAP
January 2011: What is you work-related new years resolution?
CAM Wished you a very Happy New Year in January and asked, in the spirit of celebrating the new year, if you had any work-related resolutions? Are you committed to drafting a "to do" list every week? Have you decided you need to spend less time worrying about your budget?
The three resolutions that were submitted were:
1. "Be efficient"
2. "To add items to be 'stop doing list'" and
3. "to find the top of my desk!"

“In his book "Good to Great" and in his monograph "Good to Great and the Social Sectors," Jim Collins points out that it's just as important to know what you should stop doing as it is to know what you should be doing. I recommend both of these publications and encourage curious readers to visit his website: www.jimcollins.com” - Rich Block, CEO, Santa Barbara Zoo
“Because of staffing attrition, I am now essentially performing two full-time jobs, while at the same time having my hours (and pay) reduced.” - Anonymous
