The deadline to submit an application was Friday, December 7, 2007. CAM is no longer accepting applications. If you have missed the deadline, please consider becoming a volunteer for the CAM conference. Email admin@calmuseums.org for more information.
A limited number of registration scholarships for the 2008 CAM conference are available for:
- staff or volunteers from small museums (with budgets of $250,000 or less);
- emerging museum professionals with less than five years experience; and/or
- graduate students who have demonstrated a commitment to the museum field.
The conference scholarships are made possible through the generosity of our scholarship sponsors. Each scholarship includes a complimentary full two-day registration to the conference valued at $225-300. The scholarship does not include lodging, travel expenses, workshops, meals, or evening events.
Scholarship recipients must meet one or more of the criteria and successfully articulate the benefit of attending the conference in the application.
Scholarship recipients will be notified by mail before January 1, 2008.
