Join the education team in telling the stories of Los Angeles and the people who inhabit it as Program Coordinator for the Los Angeles Conservancy. The Program Coordinator is a full time, exempt position that reports to the Director of Education. This position is responsible for the ongoing administration of the Downtown Walking Tour Program, which serves about 12,000 tour-goers annually (including student groups grades 3-12) as well as other education programs.

Responsible for the quality control and sustainable growth of the Walking Tour program, the Program Coordinator ensures that attendance and revenue goals are met, and that walking tours continue to provide a high-quality entrance point to the Conservancy for students, groups, and individuals. The Program Coordinator recruits, schedules and oversees 80 or more volunteer walking tour docents, building and nurturing their relationship to tourgoers and the LAC.
