Exhibition Coordinator, Radical Women

The Hammer seeks an exceptional candidate to coordinate Radical Women: Latin American Art, 1960 - 1985 opening in September 2017 as part of Pacific Standard Time: LA/LA.

Reporting to the Chief Curator, the Exhibition Coordinator will serve as primary liaison between the Hammer and guest curators Cecilia Fajardo‐Hill and Andrea Giunta. The Exhibition Coordinator will make travel arrangements for guest curators' and artists' exhibition related travel and meetings; organize and maintain exhibition and artist files; correspond with artists, lenders, and institutions; maintain, update, and circulate the exhibition checklist, including entering information into the museum's TMS database system; work with guest curators and museum registration staff to coordinate loans of artwork; and working with guest curators and museum staff to collect images for web site and catalogue, among other duties
