The Oakland Museum of California is seeking an entrepreneurial and highly effective leader to serve as Director of Curatorial Affairs, a new senior management role within the Center for Experience Development and Collections (CEDC). The Director of Curatorial Affairs will lead and support a team of experienced curatorial staff, working across disciplines to develop and implement gallery and exhibition experiences that engage the diversity of Oakland audiences in conversation and exploration of issues and ideas that matter, while helping OMCA achieve its mission and business goals.
